The Eastern Crossing Seminar, Inc., (ECS) and its Executive Officers – are a nonprofit, nonpartisan association that hosts this rail safety workshop on behalf of the National Highway-Rail Grade Crossing Safety Conference™. The ECS represents safety initiatives from highway-rail transportation public agencies and private entities, freight & passenger railroads, and light-rail transit agencies within the 50 states, the District of Columbia, and Puerto Rico.
