Early Bird Registration (Until December 31, 2025)

• Individual: $900
• Group of 6 or more: $850.00 per person (contact us for more details)

Standard Registration (After January 1, 2026)

• Individual: $975

Professional Development Hours Credit Available – [click Form here soon] :

Many licensure and certification agencies recognize Professional Development Hours (PDH) units towards demonstration of continuing professional competency. This form is for your use in maintaining a record of any PDH units you earn at the National Highway-Rail Grade Crossing Safety Conference. Do not return it to the Eastern Crossing Seminar, Inc. It is recommended that you save the full program of each session or engineering workshop you attend, in case the licensure or certification agency requests detailed information. Reporting is done on an honor basis, and individuals are responsible for maintaining their own records.

Important Notes:

• Registration fees are non-refundable but can be transferred to another participant.
• Group discounts are available for organizations registering 6 or more attendees.
• Registration closes on April 5th, 2026. Please register early to secure your spot.
