Please note: The room block may fill before the cutoff date, so book early for the best availability and pricing. A limited number of rooms are also available three days pre- and post-event, subject to availability.

Parking:
  – Day Guest self-parking (metered): up to $18 max / day
  – Overnight Parking: $21 per car, per night

• A credit card is required to secure your reservation.
• Holding rooms and canceling close to the event impacts contractual obligations.
• Changes to the length or dates of your stay may affect your rate.
• Staying at the designated event hotel supports the event financially and ensures future room and registration rate stability.
• Guests requiring special accommodations should notify the hotel at the time of booking and confirm arrangements directly.
• Complimentary in-room internet is included with the event room block.

Hotel Policies:

• Early Departure:  At check-in, you’ll confirm your departure date. Leaving earlier than the confirmed date will result in a fee equal to one night’s room and tax.
• No-Show:  Failure to check in or cancel at least 48 hours before arrival will result in a charge of one night’s room and tax.
• Cancellation:  Reservations must be canceled at least 48 hours before arrival to avoid charges. Cancellations made after this period may incur a charge of one night’s room and tax.
